Personal Care
Bay Home care Ltd is fully registered with the Care quality commission to provide personal care to the people we support. A fully qualified member of the team can support you with washing, Showering, bathing, dressing, toileting, managing incontinence and much more.
We understand everyone is unique and always adapt the level of support we offer to each individual we support. As a company we have Dignity and compassion as part of our ethos, this is reflected in the staff training and ultimately how we approach any personal care task.
Medication
We are able to manage your medication. All our staff are fully trained in the prompting and administration of medication from blister packs. We can administer eye and ear drops, manage surgical stockings, apply creams and look after catheters.
We are able to put in specific training to support you with many other medication related tasks. Please contact us to discuss your requirements
Companionship
We love spending time with the people we support. Over the years we have been able to provide sit calls, activity based calls. We have taken people to county fairs, Bird watching, to the shops or even out to the local cafes for a cup of tea.
Our aim is to support people to continue doing those activities that are meaningful to them and share in the enjoyment.
Palliative Care
We have worked closely with the local community nursing teams and the NHS to provide end of life care to many individuals within our community. We ensure that staff are fully trained to meet the physical and emotional needs families and individuals encounter during palliative care.
As a small and flexible company, we can adjust the levels of support and care provided quickly to meet the needs of those we support.
Dementia Care
Since 2014 we have supported lots of individuals within the community with early stage dementia and people that are at more advanced stages with their illness.
We are passionate about our approach to Dementia Care and like to keep up to date with the ever changing training and approaches.
We get to know the individuals we support, learn about their character and their backgrounds and incorporate this knowledge in the way we set up our services. We aim to ensure that individuals live well with Dementia and continue to engage with the activities .
And relationships that are meaningful to them. We can adjust levels of support quickly and skilfully to meet the ever changing needs the illness and condition can cause. We are able to support families meet the challenges that the condition can often pose and have a strong community network with professionals that we can utilise for further support if needed.
Home help
No care task is ever considered too small. We are their to support your independence in every way required.
Sometimes all this means is support with cleaning, shopping or meal preparation. We can provide welfare checks, we can lock up and secure you home at night, take the bins out or even walk your pets.

Respite & Emergency Care
Our flexible and adaptive organisation are well placed to provide speedy solutions to emergency care, this might be following an accident or illness. We will visit you, complete our free assessment and then build a support plan to meet your requirements.

Reablement
We enjoy helping people get back on their feet again after periods of illness, injury or hospital stays. We will help you regain your independence by designing bespoke support packages and providing regular reviews and adjustments to help you through the period of reablement.
